SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Wholly responsible for supervising and facilitating the construction of our homes
- Quality control for the work performed on our homes will be entirely your responsibility
- Scheduling all subcontractors and vendors through our web based software
- Hands on labor will be required from time to time for site cleanup, site security, preparation for vendors and final punch out
- Facilitation and completion of home owner warranty items
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the home building industry
- Professional communication skills
- Highly proficient with technology as we use it regularly in our operations

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to provide support to the superintendent in charge
- Daily logs, job site security, cleanup
- Construction progress photos
- Setup, take down and maintenance of temporary heating equipment
- Snow removal, equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in the home building industry
- Ability to work long hours
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy construction materials
- Aptitude with power tools
- Possess quality craft skills in construction
- Highly proficient with technology as we use it regularly in our operations

PURCHASING/ESTIMATING
Responsibilities:
- Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Review, qualify and hire subcontractors
- Quantity takeoffs
- Building thorough project estimates for our clients
- Develop and maintain trade specific scopes of work
- Job cost tracking and trade partner payment approval

Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for our clients
- Guide design development and budgeting
- Facilitate and build project estimates
- Oversight of subcontractor and vendor purchase orders
- Oversight and management of field staff
- Responsible for project budget
- Monthly approval of job cost billing
- Compile all project information for field staff
- Monthly owner invoicing

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

- Owner changes
